The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 90x200 beds, one bedroom with a 140x200 bed or a bed up, one living room with a corner sofa, and another large living room with glass rock and views of the beach and Velebit. A fully equipped kitchen with access to a large covered terrace with a pool in front of it, and a cottage closed with a bar and a grill. There is also a children's playground next to the terrace. There is also parking for 2 spaces within the house with automatic door closing, and 3 spaces in front of the house.

Please respect the accommodation you are coming to.
Prices include: tourist tax, cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, bed sheets and towels. For reservation 30% payment of total booking price is required (no refund). Refundable damage deposit is 500 EUR.
Arrivals are only possible on Saturdays (or other deals on mail), and the minimum stay from July 1st to August 31st is 7 nights.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 90 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 0% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 500,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
